All our products undergo rigorous quality inspections and are shipped directly from our dedicated warehouse and factory in Europe & Asia.

Our standard free delivery timeframe is 7–14 business days. However, for larger items such as lights exceeding 120cm and furniture, delivery may require 20–35 business days.

Returns Policy

At Moncleve, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your order for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. To begin the return process, please contact our team. In line with our commitment to sustainability, all damaged items will be responsibly recycled through a certified recycling agent.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for damaged items or “change of mind” requests beyond the 14-day return period.
