Please note that all shipping times are estimated in business days and do not include weekends. Orders are dispatched from our UK, USA, and Asia locations and require 24-72 hours for processing.

UK & EU Orders: Delivery is always free.

Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive your delivery, the shipping company may leave the package with a neighbour or leave a card with instructions on how to retrieve it. If multiple delivery attempts fail, the package may be held at a depot for a limited time before being returned to us.
TRACKING INFORMATION Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that in some cases, tracking may not be available due to free shipping constraints.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT." Some shipping providers take 2-5 business days to update tracking details. If your order was placed more than five business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. This means you may receive some items before others. Rest assured, all your items are on their way.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. However, there is a 30-minute window where you can cancel your order by emailing info@moncleve.com. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
