The chandelier arrived stunning, really special and beautiful, but note that it is not full of crystals like in the seller's picture (the seller wrote that he would send a lot and did not send enough), but it is still completely chic. Very slow shipping. It arrived after the date, but the seller was available and patient. He always answered and kept me informed. During the installation, I painted the body in the shade of gold I wanted and served the arms. It is flexible so it is perfect, and it did come out perfect. It is worth it.
Lamp is ok, not as full as in the pictures that advertise, but works well, however the packaging is terrible, poorly packed styrofoam, glass is bundled in padded paper and just bounce around inside destroying the styrofoam, lamp arms and lights were all bent due to not secured inside and free to bounce around, lamp needs to be ‘fluffed’ all the arms needed to be re-bent to make lamp look full, shipping box is too small and not well padded, so you will have to manually bend all the arms to make it look better after you get it. Bulb receptacle arms all bent also out of place, lucky it’s aluminum and can be bent without much difficulty.
I was afraid and patiently waiting this shipment. But oooo how happy I was when I finally get it home and opens. It’s perfect, and next week it will be on my sealing
