Our standard free delivery timeframe is 7–14 business days. However, for larger items such as lights exceeding 120cm and furniture, delivery may require 20–35 business days.

Returns Policy

To begin the return process, please contact our team. In line with our commitment to sustainability, all damaged items will be responsibly recycled through a certified recycling agent.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for damaged items or “change of mind” requests beyond the 14-day return period.
